    The time in and out work just fine with the formula I put in but there general text is not working!

    Hi and welcome to the forum

    Excel works best if you have a table that either goes downwards (preferable) or sideways, but you have a mixture of both. Could you change your layout on your "week" sheets so that each week table goes 1 below the other?

    We can then use fairly standard regular formulas to pull your data.

    You said your formulas were working, but Im not so sure - it looks like you are trying to add up all the "In" times and all the "Out" times?. If you enter 08:00 into C4 and 16:00 in D4, what answer are you expecting om PTS sheet? (it shows 12:00 AM in C4)
