I have two columns of numbers and I tried to use the correlation coefficient function and I keep getting a #DIV/0! sign. What could I possibly be doing wrong?
column A column b
1 5
2 5
3 5
4 5
5 5

correlation depends on the standard deviation of two groups of numbers, as well as their deviation from the expected norm
your group 55555 has a standard deviation of zero.
the standard deviation appears in the denominator of the correlation expression, hence your error
