Alphabetizing two words in same cell

I have a list of names in one cell, i.e. John Doe, and want to alphabetize by the last name. Any suggestions?

Hi,

You could use a helper column

Say A1 has the test enter this in B1 and frag down range

=TRIM(RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-FIND(" ",A1,1))&" "&LEFT(A1,FIND(" ",A1,1)))

Then sort on Column B and delete when done
