I need to know how to make Excel reference an entire range of an external workbook.

For instance, One work book (A) has a list of parts and part numbers and prices. Workbook A then references Workbook B which has another list of part and part numbers and prices. Workbook B will be in about 20 or so other workbooks. So when we change one thing inside workbook B, it will automatically update in Workbook A and the other 20 that it's in.

I know how to do this one cell at a time, that's way too time consuming.

I hope what I am trying to accomplish makes sence. I'm struggling to put it into understandable words. Thanks in advance for your advice
