Auto filling formulas?

I'm making a sheet where each cell has a formula that brings a total from another sheet in the workbook like this =JAN!$AH$4 the sheet is JAN and its getting the number from cell AH4 . I need to fill this formula all the way down to like 41 cells. so the last one will be =JAN!$AH$41 however every time I select a few cells with the formula and drag it just wants to try to make the pattern with the actual numbers that come from the formula. How can I get it to drag the formula so that I don't have to enter the formula into every cell of this sheet? Cause I know if you have like 1, 2, 3, 4 and you select and drag it'll keep going in order, well I want it to do that with the formula like =JAN!$AH$4, =JAN!$AH$5, =JAN!$AH$6, and so on.

try removing the $, then drag. Also you can grab the small box on a selected cell and RIGHT click and drag to get a menu.
