    Exclamation Immediate Help Needed Please

OK, Basicaly I have a table, but I need the IF Formula (Correct me if I'm wrong) to change the colour of the "expiry date" cells if the Date [TODAY()] Is less than 1 month.

You are nearly right, but you need to use condtional formating. Format, condtional formating cell value greater than today()-30 if you are happy with 30 days being a month

format to whatever colour you want.

If you really want a calendat month the expression with the today becomes a little more complicated

    Regards

Ok, So say I wanted th Cell to turn Red 30 days before my "objects expiry date" I go to conditional formatting, then: cell value is greater than ="TODAY()-30"

Than choose the colour I want? Just trying to make it clear in my head so I can adapt it to other parts of my spreadsheet.

    Thanks

    Ben.
