Formula combination amounts in equal frequency over 12 months

What formula combination can I use to apportion a number in equal increments over 12 months (assuming the first number starts in January)?

    For example:

A1 - "4" (being contracts per year) on average every 3 months (12/4)
    A2 - "15k" (contract value)

    Desired outcome:

    Jan-15k; Apr-15k; Jun-15k; Oct-15k

or if the above changes to

    A1 - "6" on average every 2 months (12/6)
    A2 - "10k"

    Desired outcome

    Jan-10k; Mar-10k; May-10k; Jul-10k; Sep-10k; Nov-10k

    Is this possible?

Thumbs up Re: Formula combination amounts in equal frequency over 12 months

Thanks for the response Jacc. Your formula only works if there is an even number of contracts per year but say I assumed there was 5 contracts per year. I actually came up with this formula piecing together various online forums. It works perfectly. The only thing is I don't understand why. I have to keep the formula in a separate tab so that it's in the correct rows. But it works perfectly!!
