Converting time

I have cells containing the number of seconds. How can I convert this to display in minutes and seconds?
Example: I want "211" (seconds) to display as "3:31" (minutes and seconds)

Try

=TIME(0,0,A1) Formatted as MM:SS

or

=A1/86400

Formatted as MM:SS

or

=MINUTE(A1/86400)&" mins "&MOD(SECOND(A1/86400),86400)&" Secs"

displays as 3 mins 31 Secs
