    Counting Intersections

I'm not sure how to phrase my question generally, so see the end for the specfics.

Here is an example of my data. In the first sheet I have:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
In the second sheet I'll have:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
The final product I'm looking for is:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Basically, I need to compare the county information to the zips, and then, for example, for deer county, sum the class 1s for zips x0 and x1. Can any combination of formulas handle this? I'm sure I'll have to do it in more than one step.

Thanks for the help! Instead of a pivot table, I've decided to use autofilters and subtotals. Basically, I applied autofilter to the pagfe with the zips, then collapsed them to only show subtotals. then I copied visible cells and pasted values.

Next, I used a vlookup to match zips to counties, sorted by counties, filtered again.

Pivot table probably would have been easier, but c'est la vie!
