cell splitting?

Hi all,


I have a cell that gets its values from a listbox (on a form) with 2 column values. This means the info in the cell appears as "00001 - 00002" where 00001 is the 1st column and 00002 the 2nd. I need to get these out of the cell and split them up into seperate columns.

Anyone able to help?
