Find & Replace "Singular Case"

I have a column of data and I want to find all data equalling "mustang" and replace this data with another word. This same column of data also contains the word "mustangs" (plural) several times. How do I only replace the word "mustang" and not the word "mustangs"?

in the find and replace window (ctrl+h) tick the 'Find Entire Cells Only' box.

I think that should do it.
