I'd like to make a worksheet in which I can see which employees (bus line) worked in irregular hours, and the percentage that they are in.

This is the schedule for irregular hours:
Mon/Fri from 6:00 till 7:30 -> +15%
Mon/Fri from 19:00 till 00:00 -> +30%
Mon/Fri from 05:30 till 6:00 -> +30%
Saturdays from 05:30 till 24:00 -> +30%
Mon/Sat from 0:00 till 5:30 -> +40%
Sundays from 0:00 till 06:00 ->+45%

So for example, when one works from 6:30 till 17:00, they've worked 1 hour in the 15% box.
I'd like to see the following schedule with excel:
EXAMPLE:
Horizontal From | Till 15% 30% 40% 45%


Vertical
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

So when you fill in From/Till, the sheet will have to directly tell me in which percentage box how many hours is worked in.
I personally don't have a clue. I hope I've made myself clear, and I sincerely hope someone can help me!
