Constantly Updating Source Files - linked formulas

Hello -

I am working on excel spreadsheets (Excel 2003) where I need to move formulas (that contained links to others sources) to a new cell location withing the same worksheet. Every time I move one of these formulas over, I get a pop up call "update values" and it requires me to confirm the source file for the link. This happens every time I move a formula with a link to a new cell. I know other people in my team do not get that pop up but I am not sure how to disable it. The link is correct and the source file has not been moved so I am not sure why it cannot find the source file on its own. Please help!

There are multiple options... what option do I need to unclick?

I've unclicked all the options but I am still getting the pop up asking for the path to the source file.

Any other suggestions?
