Find Text and Compare Function?

Is there a function that will scan terms in one column and compare them with terms in another column, then take the result of terms in both columns and reveal what text is missing between the two?

Example:
Column A
download movie clip
download movie legally
download movie program
download dvd movies
download mpeg movie

Column B (except these would be side by side)
download movie clip
download movie legally
download movie program
download home movies
download mpeg movie

The result of the comparison function would be that "download dvd movies" in column A is showing but not in B and "download home movies" is in column B but not in A.
So the function would either hightlight these terms or produce a "results" column to let me know.
