Contatenate name fields, sum total time for each name, and turning cells red if total >1

    Hello,
I have been racking my brain trying to enter a formula that will allow me to contatenate the first and last name fields, then find the total sum of time associated with each individual name from the count column, and finally changing the color of the name and count cells to red if total time allocated is greater than 1. Each name can appear on the spread sheet several times, depending on the number of projects they are allocated too. My goal is to have the name and count cells, associate with a particular name, turn red when time for a project is modified causing the count total for a particular name to be greater than 1.

In order to contatenate I know the formula is: =CONCATENATE(D6:D183, C6:C183)
I am also familar with the lookup function in order to find values.
I am also aware that the color of cells can be altered with conditional formatting, however I am not sure how to incorporate all of this within a formula. Please help me!!!

I have to have present the spreadsheet tomorrow! (YIKES!!) Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for providing me with any help that you can.
