    Month and Year

    I am stuck with month and year that i want to put on my worksheet. I am using excel 2000. My question is, i would like a format of Month and year on my worksheet. FOr example, if today is January 31, 2007, and it will show on my worksheet as "January 2007" and tomorrow will be February 1, 2007 and my spreadsheet will automatically display "February, 2007" when i open my spreadsheet. I know ms word can do that but I am not sure excel can do the same. If anyone know how to do it, please let me know and i am very appreciated.

    Thanks

    Try this formula

    =TEXT(TODAY,"mmmm yyyy")

    or

    =TODAY()

    and format cell as mmmm yyyy
