Convert text string help!

I need to convert a bunch of Drs names in a excel sheet. I need to convert:
"Smith, John MD" to either "John Smith, MD" or to three values of "John" "Smith" and "MD" What function should I use?

Use Data > Text to Columns, then use both spaces and commas as delimiters. This will split them into 3 different cells.
