Drop down filter box.

OK so I have a filter on a column.

The top is a list box where I can select who I want to filter. If this were a normal listbox then after I have selected a name from it I could use the value in the list box elsewhere. However as it is a filter box, nothing comes up in the filter box, anyway I can do this?

I.e. Filter for Chris Mattock... I want cell A1 to show "Chris Mattock"
