    Lookup

    Hi,

Like many others I am in total awe at the knowledge some many of you have and I greatly appreciate your help!!

Attached is my example, there are two worksheets.
One is the Master list, as an example I want to display all hours broken down by two director names then lump all others...i have tried to do it a couple of different ways but I only seem to be able to grab the first one.

Any guidance would greatly be appreciated.

This is just a suggestion, can't you just filter your Master list? Select the data, go to Data > Filter > Autofilter

I would love to be able just to filter it but the way I have been instructed to do it is as per my example...

There is so much data in the original worksheet that they want it broken out...
