Hi,

How can I set up my spreadsheet so that I can have 4 columns on the top half of the page and then 5 columns on the bottom? Can it be done?

You can't
Columns run all the way from the top to the bottum & all at the same column width.

You could look at using merged cells which can make 2 columns look like one bit you would have to set up each row indavidually.
