    Sumproduct alternatives

I am doing a sumproduct looking for months in a list of dates. An entire year, and the spreadsheet is extremely slow. I also tried creating custom micros but it was just as slow. And ideas to do a sum by month without such a huge slowdown?

    my formula is as follows

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(MONTH($A$7:$A$366)=($A$4)),$F$7:$F$366)

    Hi,

Have you considered a dynamic pivot which is grouped by month
