    Multiple Condition SumIf Formula

    Hi,

I have a satisfactory understanding of excel and have the following situation which I need assistance with. I have a SumIf formula which reads like this: -

    =SumIf(‘Sheet1’!D7:D9, “Vacant”, ‘Sheet1’!S7:S9)/12)*Sheet2!E21

From the above formula we can see that the condition which needs to be met is “Vacant”, which is located within the S column, however I also need an additional condition to be met which lies in a separate column in Sheet1 (Q7:Q9).

How do I go about making this work?? Can it be done through a worksheet function or does it need to be written as a macro or in VBA?? Any help / guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks...
