if date falls within week, count...can it be done?

i'm still trying to figure out how to get a weekly total of requests entering the sytem...

is this do-able? is there such a way to turn this into a formula or series of formulas?

check date of request, if date falls within the same week add 1 to the count for that week

please help!!! need data for a presentation next week!

I am sure it is possible, but give us some idea how your data is laid out.

Go to excel HELP and read the explanation of WEEKNUM(). Looks like that will do it for you.
