IF and AND functions

Hi all Im a new member on this site, found it after trawling the net for ages looking for information on how to complete a formula we need for our I.T project. Was wondering if anyone on here could help...

The project is attatched and all we need is a suitable formula for the orders table to return the unit price based on the product code/name and the number of boxes ordered (unit price depends on quantity ordered).

I have tried writing out a formula using IF and AND functions which seems to work for one eventuality (i.e. product code 1 with quantity ordered between 1 and 10) and then just returns error value when I type out the full formula.

Any help would be much appreciated and if you need any more info just ask.
