    Angry Linking Cells through formulae

By adding a number greater than 0 I want the info in that cell and two others to show elswhere.
    e.g
    A1 B1 & C1 where A1 contains text B1 is where I add a number & C1 contains text. I then want those three cells to appear elsewhere in the sheet. i.e X55 Y55 & Z55.
    Is this possible
    Many thanks
    Phil

Seems too simple, but I'll propose it anyway: What if X55 contained the formula =A1, then copied across to Y55 (=B1) and Z55 (=C1)?

    linking Cells through Formula

    Hi Mr Shorty
Yes that does sound simple. The only problem is that I dont want the info to show in x y & z until I have put the info in B1.

    Cheers

Put the formula inside an IF function =IF(isblank(B1),"",a1) or whatever suitable test for blankness you want to use.
