Question Extracting and sorting data from one workbook in another

    Hi there

I have a workbook. In one of the columns, which consists of about 120 rows, I have a drop down list in each cell. The list contains a number of items and after a few days, the data in the column could typically look like this:
    dog
    dog
    cat
    elephant
    pig
    dog
    pig
    cat

For each of these animals, there is also a name. What I want to achieve is for the names of all similar animals to automatically appear in another worksheet. In other words I want all the dogs names together and then all the pigs and then all the elephants etc. Is there any way to this without having to do it manually?

    Thanks
