Want to count how often some values appeared

If I have a series of numbers and I want to see how often they appearing in a table of numbers, what function should I use?

Here's an example with some random numbers. I have numbers from 1 to 80 and below there's a table of numbers. The number 28 appears 5 times in the table and number 79 4 times.
