    Sorting question

I need a help with excel function. First, excuse me for my english, but I will try to explain more clearly the problem.
I have two sheets. In the first of them I have the following information:

    Type Name of product Price
    National Product 1 349,00
    National Product 2 479,00
    MA2 Product 3 549,00
    MA1 Product 4 639,00
    National Product 5 399,00
    National Product 6 179,00

In the second one I have the same information but with sales of these products per agents sorted by ascending. Everytime when I'm putting the sales and sort them, the coloumns with type and name of product remind the same and I'm correcting them manualy. Is there any way to make this with excel functions? Thank you very much!

    The sample is attached

    Hi,

As I try the sorting, it works just fine. Are You using the sorting correctly? I find it much easier to use the "Sort Ascending" and "Sort Descending" buttons than use the Data -> Sort... menu.

Just select on cells in an area (don't select the whole column or the whole area) for example, select Sheet2!F4 and press either "Sort Ascending" and "Sort Descending" button from the toolbar and everything should work just fine.

Thank you for your prompt reply.
The problem is that I don't want only to sort this, because in the last row I have sum function. Its sum only separated cells in coloumns and I can't change their places.
    Thanks

I'm sorry. I don't understand what the problem is. Could you try to be more specific?
