    I'm lost

    I hava a strange one.

I maintain a spreadsheet that keeps track of people that take vacation time. I have to include a portion that also keeps track of people that use free days given to them for doing good things, so they can't try to use those days more than once. I have columns that clearly show this, but the people I work for are idiots and want it to be easier to read. So-

I attatched a pic of part of the sheet.

I need a formula that tells me this-

If the value in the "PASS?" column is a "Y", then I need (on a seperate part of the page or another wksht) it to display that person's name and the "Mth-yr".

    Hope someone can help. Thanks!

Try this, assumming your data in in row 2

    =IF(TRIM(D2)="Y",A2&E2)
