    Another conditional formatting question

    Hi all!

I'm trying to highlight the 2 highest numbers in a list using conditional formatting. I've succeeded in highlighting one using...

IF CELL VALUE IS EQUAL TO LARGE(B3:O3,1)

however having no luck highlighting the second highest number using...

IF CELL VALUE IS EQUAL TO LARGE(B3:O3,2)

Thanks i advance for any suggestions!

Try selecting the range B3:O3 and then invoke Conditional Formatting.

Select Formula Is and enter: =B3>=LARGE($B$3:$O$3,2)
Where there is a will there are many ways.
