How do I count then insert blank rows accordingly?

In my experimental results column F represents the various stimuli that I've been using. This data needs to fit into a spreadsheet where 6 lines are allocated for each stimulus. The data therefore needs to be prepared beforehand so that, where there are less than 6 occasions of the same stimulus, blank rows are added to a total of 6 before the next stimulus.

For example, F48 is the first stimulus. This appears twice. Therefore 4 rows need to be inserted below it. Then F42 appears 3 times, so 3 rows need to be inserted below that, and so on.

    Can anybody help?

Can you attach a copy of the spreadsheet?
