    Inserting Array Formula

    What is the list separator in array formulas, when ; is typical separator?

    So that I try to insert an array formula {1,2,3,4;5,6,7,8;9,10,11,12}, which should have 3 rows times 4 columns. Since list separator is not correct in my array, Excel reports an error and suggests something like {1,234;5,678;9,101112}, which is absolutely different from what it should be.

    Hi

    As an example, highlight the range A1:D3, enter the formula

    ={1,2,3,4;5,6,7,8;9,10,11,12}

    then array enter. Should break it up into 3x4 array.
