Insert row if data exists

hello, i'm looking for a statement that will insert a row in a worksheet if there is a corresponding entry in a command sheet. ie if a1 has the value "Copper" in the command sheet, then it will insert a row between c and d in sheet2 with "Copper" in its first cell. and subsequently, if it says "Zinc" in a2 of the command sheet, a row is created below the new "Copper" row with "Zinc" in its first cell. thanks.
