Lookup result vector from another cell - How?

Hi all, am using the following

    =LOOKUP(L2,{"A","C","I","P1","P3"},{189.95,289.95,49.95,99.95,199.95})

And it is working well. Where the result vector part is (189.95 etc) I would like to replace this will a value in another cell, Say A1

So if A1 was changed from 189.95 to 219.95 the lookup value would display 219.95.

    Any ideas?

you'd have to change the whole "vector" to a range, like A1:A5, without the {} brackets, containing the vector values.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
