filtering and linking it to a print/save function

Hey guys, please help me by wrapping your brain around this one.

Will get straight to the point, I've got columns A to H for a schedule.
Column A is my item description, B my quantity and H my selling price.
What I need is when I have a value in column B and/or in column H, that entire row must be filtered, but show only the information in columns A, B and H when I print/save. When there is NO data in column B/H that entire row musnt be shown and the rest obviously sorted accordingly.

PLEASE HELP!

I'm finding it hard to believe no one out there can help me, please someone give me atleast an indication what direction I can move!
