    Exclamation Vlook up issue

I need help with a vlookup formulae

I have 12 tables (one for each month) for 8 fields for each employee.

I have created a tab for each employee in the file. What I want is that when I enter the name for an employee and the month for any of the employees, the value for each of the fields should be filled in.

It is kind of a 3 dimensional problem, as vlookup is helping me solve a 2 dimensional problem (I can enter the name of the employee and vlookup searches the name of employee for each of these fields and get me the answer) Now I want to add one more dimension to it, as there are 12 similar table for each month, it should also be able know which month's table should it look into.
I tried using the named cells approach, I named each of these monthly tables but how do I tell in vlookup formulae to see a particulr table.

Is there a simpler approach for this problem?

To post a zipped example, go to “My Documents” or wherever you have your file stored, right-click and “Send to > Compressed file”, then attach this zipped file to your post.
