Select cells in a workbook that are listed in another?

I have two spreadsheets. One(A) has qualifing part numbers (400) for a sales program.

The other spreadsheet (B)is an invoice with different transactons on each row. Thousands of part numbers and transaction details are on this spreadsheet.

I need to select only the transactions/rows from (B) that contain qualify part numbers listed in A.

    Help me please!

Thanks for the help. I think this will work!!!

Now, how does it work? I understand the If statement to make it yes, or no, but I don't understand how the sum of the product of the range comes into play. I'm not familiar with this function and its application.

    Thanks you rock!

There is a lot of information on sumproduct out there. Here's a site that gives a decent enough description.
