Output of a cell as the condition for a filter

I have a spreadsheet containing multiple reports with line items for a range of employees.

My intention is that upon selecting an employee from the front page, each report will be filtered to reflect only that employee.

Is anyone aware of a function (preferable) or macro that can enalbe this action?
