Inserting Text Cell References in Hyperlinks???

Is it possible to run a cell reference within a hyperlink, say for a search function. If I were to take this IMDb search link:

    http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q=dogma&x=0&y=0

Could I simply remove the word "Dogma" and make that section a cell reference to a textual box of a different name?

    For example:

    http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q=(=A124)&x=0&y=0

...Or would I need a macro for this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    something like maybe:

    =Hyperlink("http://www.imdb.com/find?s=all&q="&A124&"&x=0&y=0")
Where there is a will there are many ways.
