How to make the code to print 250 cells t o another sheet more shorter

in the sheet1:
I have a tablet compose form 250 cells and 8 (a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i) columns
in the sheet2 :
I have 4 tablets, each tablet compose form 4 cells and 2 columns

I want to print the cells in sheet1 in the 1st row to the 1st tablet in sheet2
the cells in sheet1 in the 2nd row to the 2nd tablet in sheet2
the cells in sheet1 in the 3rd row to the3rd tablet in sheet2
the cells in sheet1 in the 4th row to the 4th tablet in sheet2

this will required from me a big code if I use like this code for each 8 columns
to the four tablets, and I have a 250 clles
