Relative and Absolute to create an average/year

hello. i am attaching the file so someone can help me determine the formula or function to determine the average per year.

i have highlighted the row in red - cell b13 is correct however when i fill the formula to the right it adds 2 cells to the right to each monthly average total.

any suggestions how to remove the two additional cells add each month.

Paste this one over instead. You need the ending cell to be an absolute reference

=AVERAGE(B5:$M5)
