Divide a range by 1000

I want to know whether there is a simple and qucik method to help carry out the following calculations on the following data (attached). Please view the attach worksheet.

All values must be divided by 1000 in order to carry out the convertion from the local currency to US Dollars.

Since values held are only numbers and not functions I.e (does not proceed with '=') I cannot have the value 1000 stored on a separate cell and carry out the following, For Example = (=0.1458464/$A$78). You may ask why do i not use type in the equal sign? If you consider a large data it would be very time consuming.

Any ideas?
