Way to compare one cell vs a range?

Ok I need know if there is a way to set up an If statement to compare something vs an entire range of cells not just the one.

Right now mine looks like this

So im trying to match the last 4 digits of a number up with a column that is filled with 4 digit numbers, if it's there, the larger number wont appear. At least that's my goal. Even though I've got the range in there, it's still only comparing it vs the first value and nothing else. Is there a way to get around that?
