averaging worksheet summary averages

Hi: I am diabetic and keep a monthly log of blood sugar readings.
I use a formula to average the column of daily readings for the month.
I would like to average the 12 monthly results.
Is this possible?

It's not usually wise, mathematically, to average averages because you are potentially giving as much weight to a 28 day month as a 31 day month, why not just average your daily readings for a whole year?

E.g. if daily readings are in B2:B366

=AVERAGE(B2:B366)
