return multiple columns/rows of data in formula?

I'm trying to write a formula that will return multiple rows of data by selecting a name from a drop down list. This page is really a summary section of the yearly data. I have all the data organized (below) that i want to summerize but cant get each row to populate. With vlookup i get just the top row of each person, i need all 5 rows. To many if's to write in 1 statement, index/match - could get it to work.

i made a shell of the same format of column titles with a name drop list so Say i select name Sam. I want all of is data to populate like listed below.

Looks like this but continues for about 20 reps over the full 12 months.

row 1 > rep a name, type, jan, feb, mar, etc..,
joe fax 1, 1, 1,
call 3, 2, 1,
email 1, 1, 1,
etc
etc
sam fax ............................
call
email
etc
etc
karen continues


Am i just crazy?

This sounds like it is possible to do, but I would need a sheet with sample data and a template of how you want your result to look like, to be able to help you. Could you upload this in a .zip file ?

You can use a combination of OFFSET and MATCH. I think you can do it with INDEX and MATCH too with some relative adressing.
