    Vlookup or another way? Ideas please

    Attached is a sample, once a month is chosen, the corresponding data autofills into the table.
    Not sure on the approach as a vlookup would be by: Month, Staff, category.
    Have placed in a data validation for month choice..sample.xlsm

    Just a friendly advice, try avoiding Merging Cells. It causes nothing but problems.
