Choose part of a cells value via formula

Hello,

I am stumped as to whether or not I can achieve this with a single worksheet function.

I basically want a 'Choose' style function CHOOSE(index_number, value1, value2...), with the values selected from a single cell.

For example, Say I have a cell with a value of "5,10,15,20", and I want to select the second 'value' in the cell (10).

Can anyone help?

You will need to replace colons with commas in the formula.
