Increment number by two

Hi folks!

I' m facing trouble in doing something appearign quite easy , this is the case:
I want to the program to do AUTOMATICALLY (I have more than 10000 values) this type of row:

1
1
2
2
3
3
4
4
...

so couples of crescent number... easy isn't it? Any suggestions are really appreciated!!!
