Formula Not Calculating Correctly

I have a function in which I'm multiplying the value in a cell in the same row and 4 columns to the left by a vlookup function.

It works well enough on the first cell but when I copy the formula down through the rest of the column, each cell returns the numerical value of the first cell even though the formula has copied correctly and the references are correct.

I can fix the problem by double clicking into each cell and hitting 'return'.

Is there an easy way to fix this so that the formulas calculate correctly when I copy the formula across multiple cells?
