Summarizing Report

Hi,

I need help in extracting data provided to us by a metrologist (3D Report) everyday we extract data to find and copy OOT value to a new worksheet then save it as a summary of the report All I need is to automate the process of extracting the data from the 3D report and save it to another file as a summary report I will highly appreciate any help you can give me, I attached a sample report and its corresponding summary report Please help.

Sorry, but I could only understand one of your problems, and the formula is not water tight and quite complex.

Hopefully someone else will come up with a better solution.
In the meantime, I hope this could a start.

I'm sorry I attched to many files maybe if you will look again at the 2 files you will understand my problem.
